16″ Bamboo steamers have been used in Asia for centuries for steaming foods like vegetables, poultry, meat, seafood, fish and dumplings. This useful steamer lets you easily cook food – locking in flavours and nutrients whilst avoiding fats. Simply place steamer over suitably-sized pot of boiling water and allow steam to percolate around food. Steamer also makes a stylish way to present cooked food at the table and keep it warm when covered by the lid.
